Modification and Replacement Policy

At Simpson Cartoon, we are committed to providing you with exceptional artwork and quality products. However, we understand that adjustments may be necessary to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our modification and replacement policy carefully:

Changes to Illustrations:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind as our artists are paid for their work.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, we offer you the opportunity to request changes to personalize it to your preferences.
  • For major changes that were not specified in the original order, additional charges may apply. We will inform you of these costs before making any changes.

Damaged Physical Products:

  • If you receive a physical product (such as a print) that is damaged or broken during delivery, please notify us immediately at: support@simpson-cartoon.com .
  • We will arrange to send a replacement product under an expedited shipping arrangement or accept a refund.
  • To facilitate the process, please share an image of the damaged product with our customer service, so that we can quickly process your request.

How to Request a Revision or Replacement:

  • Send an email to support@simpson-cartoon.com using the email address associated with your order.
  • Attach a screenshot of the order confirmation, which includes your order number, so we can more easily identify your order.
  • Provide details of any changes you would like to make to your artwork or report a problem with a physical product.
  • Our customer service team will be available to assist you and resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

Package Returned to Sender:

  • If your package is returned to the sender because you were not available during delivery or you did not collect your package from a relay point, please contact us at support@simpson-cartoon.com .
  • If the product is still available from our printing partner, you will be responsible for the new delivery costs.
  • If the product is no longer available, you will be responsible for the costs of the product and delivery.
  • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
