1. How to order ?

To place an order, follow these simple steps:

2. Choose the number of people to caricature and select the desired background.

3. Upload your photos.

2. What background options are available?

We can create any background you want! Tell us your idea and we will make it happen.

3. What are the prices ?

Prices depend on the number of people to be caricatured and the background chosen. The price varies depending on the time needed to draw each character and customize the background.

4. What is the delivery delay ?

Our artist creates your portrait within 48-72 hours of ordering. You will receive it by email within this time frame. For other types of custom portraits (poster, canvas portrait, frame and cushion), please add 5 business days for printing and delivery. Although we strive to meet our usual delivery times, high demand may result in longer delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your portrait to you as soon as possible.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, including Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and New Caledonia.

6. What are the forms of payment accepted ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

7. I have a large group to caricature, how should I proceed?

On our website you can order up to 6 people and 6 animals. For a larger group, please contact us at support@simpson-style.com to receive a quote.

8. Can I send multiple photos to include people in my portrait?

Of course ! Although it is more convenient for our artist to have everyone in one photo, you can send us multiple photos with separate individuals, and our team will bring them together into your portrait.

9. How will my caricature be delivered?

Typically we send the designs digitally in JPG, PNG or PDF formats. We also offer printing options such as canvases, posters, frames, etc.

10. Are there any usage restrictions for my portrait?

No, you have full ownership of your design and can use it however you wish.

11. Are there fees for changes?

No, all alterations are completely free!

12. Is Simpson Style a French company?

Yes, Simpson Style is a company based in Paris, France.
